Dial Medicali has been on the market for Orthopedic and Trauma since 1992 founded by Mr Giorgio Lo Iacono. Dial Medicali, since its first days, based its sales on the basics of customer satisfaction. In fact the focus and the attention on the customer have recently brought Dial Medicali to deal with niche products in order to meet specific everyday needs of orthopedic surgeon.
This initiative has been warmly welcomed by market as other competitors offer standardized products which do not always satisfy specific needs by customers.
Dial Medicali avails of highly qualified personnel who often support the orthopedic surgeon during the surgery with a scope of guaranteeing that all the necessary info is given and preventing whichever technical problem could potentially invalidate a surgical patient.
Since 2010, Dial decided to focus its specialization on the particular branch for the treatment of complex trauma , deformity and bone lengthening.
The result of this strategic decision was highlighted with the design and development of the, for now unique, Italian hexapodal external fixator: iFIXATION® that together with our state of the art circular frame RRS²® and our most advanced half pin PinFix® is now ready for users and expresses itself with the most technically evolved modern software available today.

Our R&D is in constant contact with orthopedic Key Opinion Leaders in order to evaluate innovations of practical and methodological origins and to include possible future developments offered by this surgical peculiarity.
Sometimes this collaboration continues in development of new products.
